About this notice
This notice describes the EasyOrders website and its fictional interactive demo. EasyOrders is created by John Chrisomallis. The demo is separate from a restaurant’s live workspace; this notice does not replace privacy information supplied for a live service.
Information on this website
You can browse without creating an account. This website has no checkout or payment form. The setup calculator runs in your browser. Copying or downloading an estimate does not send it to EasyOrders. Please do not enter real employee details, customer information or passwords into the demo.
Contact enquiries
When you submit the enquiry form, EasyOrders receives your name, email address, message and any optional business name, phone number and selected setup estimate you include. We use these details to answer your request, discuss the service with you and send an automatic confirmation to the address you provide. The confirmation includes your message and any selected estimate. You can reply to it at contact@geteasyorders.com. Messages are delivered to sales@geteasyorders.com in our Google Workspace mailbox. They are not added to a marketing mailing list. Please send only information needed for your enquiry and do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Spam protection
Opening the enquiry form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to protect it against automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this check. Our server validates the result before sending a message and uses temporary technical records to limit abuse and duplicate submissions. Hashed delivery records and statuses are kept for up to seven days so a retry does not send duplicate emails; message contents and email addresses are not stored in this record. The message content is sent through our server and Google Workspace; it is not included in our application request logs.
Preferences and the demo
The website remembers language preferences locally. The interactive demo stores its sample restaurant and your demo changes in this browser. Use Reset demo to restore the sample data, or clear this website’s browser data to remove it. No analytics or advertising scripts are included in the website. Technical delivery
The hosting platform and its network providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, request time and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the demo’s local sample data. Do not assume that browsing a website involves no technical processing simply because no contact form is submitted.
Real app and Android downloads
Selecting Sign in, Open EasyOrders or Download for Android sends your browser to the live EasyOrders service. That service receives the technical request needed to open the app or supply the APK. The website does not fetch release details automatically or collect your app credentials. Signing in and restaurant data belong to the live service and its separate privacy information; the fictional demo remains isolated.
Your choices and rights
You can decline location access, switch languages manually and delete local website data. Where personal data is processed, applicable data protection law may give you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. You may also raise a concern with your competent data protection authority.
